Waste monitor and control
Touch screen PC's to monitor waste dumped to an
outside bin.
User, Area and Product screen
selections to enable the BIN UP.
PC turns
on/off the necessary I/O to sequence the dump cycle.
Weights
are stored in
the selected "production area" and "total" accumulator.
Areas can be
renamed, added or deleted through password protected edit screen.
Records can be
sent to a
spreadsheet file to view your plant locations waste.
On a
Total
set-point an e-mail is sent to
the waste company for pick up.
E-mai is sent every 1-2 hours
until picked up with the new accumulated total.

program is flexible and can be custom tailored to best suit your
